Dear Sir or Madam,

In your previous edition, you asked your readers to write a personal reflection on a book that had touched them the most. I am writing to present the masterpiece “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a f*ck” by Mark Manson.

The book is a personal narrative about a young person’s life in New York, where he is striving to improve his miserable life. Mark describes different moments of failure in his life, as well as those of other high-profile people, and how they managed to overcome obstacles and challenges. The book makes an attempt to show the power of “focus” in our lives, with which we can resolve issues.

As I was reading this book, I learned how I can refocus on important issues in my life and solve my important problems. I remember that I wanted to move to a bigger apartment at that time, but I was short of money. Through focusing on my important expenses and economizing, I managed to save money and I finally moved to my new house. I learnt this from the book.

I believe this book can help many people in my society. It can be a beacon of hope for those who have lost their energy and focus in today’s hectic lifestyle. The book can also be helpful to the younger generation as it can teach them the importance of focus on important goals in life.

I hope you will publish my writing in the column “the book that influenced me the most”.

Yours faithfully,
